Les Larson received his B.S. degree from Iowa State in Botany. He has 35 years of professional experience in quality control, quality assurance and research and development. His research and development experience covers soups, sauces, dressings, dry mixes, jellies and preserves, relishes and salsas, and soup bases. He is a professional member of IFT. He is the Senior Research Scientist for Park 100 Foods.
